Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the Apartmani Hrvatska platform, which connects guests with accommodation offers and hosts. The platform is not a party to the accommodation contract unless expressly stated otherwise.

Platform service

Apartmani Hrvatska provides public offer browsing, saved content, inquiries and other available features. A feature may depend on sign-in, location, technical conditions or account status.

Guest and host relationship

Prices, availability, rules and services are supplied by hosts and may change. The guest and host arrange and perform the accommodation contract themselves, including payment, cancellation, check-in and any charges.

Accounts and security

Users must provide accurate information, protect access credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Fraud, unsolicited messages, unlawful content, automated overload and bypassing security controls are prohibited.

Content and rights

A user keeps rights in content they lawfully submit, while granting the platform the limited licence needed to display, store, secure and provide the selected feature. Do not submit another person’s content without permission, third-party personal data without a basis or misleading information.

Moderation

We may limit visibility, request changes or remove content that breaches these Terms, law, advertising rules or another person’s rights. Additional review rules and procedures may apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability, accuracy of every offer or conduct by users. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Platform prices and payments

If a price or payment method is shown for a platform service, the information displayed before confirmation applies. Accommodation payment is arranged by the guest and host unless the particular service clearly says otherwise.

Suspension and closure

A user may stop using the service and request account closure through the available process. We may restrict an account for security, non-payment, abuse investigation or breach, while respecting mandatory user rights.

Governing law

Use of the platform is governed by Croatian law, subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded. Check the current text and any feature-specific terms before use.
