ZHouse Inn is a holiday home with 2 or 3 bedrooms available for rent from May to October. The holiday home is located in a fully fenced courtyard and has a large covered terrace featuring a dining table and a lower lounge set. ZHouse Inn provides all the comforts of home, equipped and decorated to high standards with modern furniture and appliances. All rooms are located on the ground floor, making the house suitable for people with reduced mobility. The house has 3 rooms, one of which can be converted into a bedroom or a living room. All three rooms have a smart TV and their own air conditioning, while windows are protected with mosquito nets. Two bathrooms are available, each with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a room with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: an induction cooktop (with flexible zones), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, blender, mixers, microwave, etc...

Payment and notes
With every reservation, the owner sends a written offer to the guest with all reservation details, payment description, and cancellation terms. The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total price. Payment of the remainder is made before or on the day of arrival. Guests are welcome from 14:00 and after, by arrangement. Departure from the property is at 10:00 am at the latest.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is refunded only if the reservation is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival.
