Payment and notes
The rental agreement will be concluded between the guest and the property owner for which the reservation was made. The rental agreement applies to the rental of the property solely for leisure purposes. The rental agreement does not come into effect until a written confirmation of the reservation is sent to the guest. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment, which is typically 30% of the reservation amount. Check-in: 17 hours. Check-out: 10 hours. Cancellation policy
Guests are required to pay a deposit of 30% for their accommodation reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. The advance payment must be made to the property owner's giro account, which will be specified on the advance payment invoice.
