Payment and notes
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price must be paid. Once the payment is visible, your term is officially reserved. The remaining 70% of the amount is to be paid no later than on the day of arrival (upon collection of keys) in cash or via bank transfer a few days before arrival. You can pay the deposit via standard bank transaction (IBAN). Upon arrival, a security deposit for potential damage in the amount of 300 € is charged. The full amount is returned to the guest on the day of departure, after the host inspects the property and confirms there are no damages. ️ Ideal check-in time: From 16:00 onwards. We need this time to thoroughly clean, disinfect, and prepare the villa for your perfect stay. Ideal check-out time: By 10:00 in the morning.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation: Possible up to 30 days before the arrival date, with a full refund of the paid deposit. Retention of deposit: In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the paid deposit is non-refundable, but (depending on agreement) it can be used as a voucher for another available term in the current or next season.
