A pleasant, rustic atmosphere in a quiet cove near the small village of Vinišća. Villa Stella is the ideal place for your vacation. The villa is rented out in its entirety, including the garden. The villa covers an area of approximately 80m2. The garden has an area of approximately 250m2, of which two covered sections cover approximately 35m2. In the basement of the garden, tables and chairs/benches are located under awnings, next to a fireplace and an additional outdoor toilet with a shower. Inside the villa, also in the basement, is the kitchen, intentionally separated from the first floor (to avoid cooking odors), where the rooms are located. On the first floor there are 3 rooms: 1 x double rooms, 1 x single rooms, 1 x double rooms with an additional sofa). The total capacity is 5 1. From one room, there is access to a terrace of approximately 25m2, which is not covered, making it a comfortable space for evening stays. The villa is about 50m from the sea. At the sea, you have your own private stone pier with a small pebbled beach. The villa has private parking.

A deposit of 30 % is required upon reservation to the bank account, with the remaining amount to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
