On the island of Korčula, 8 km from Vela Luka in Triporte Bay, on the southwestern coast of the island, surrounded by pine forests down to the sea, with crystal-clear waters, magnificent underwater scenery, and beautiful rocky and pebbled beaches, lies VILLA ROSADA, offering views to the south, west, and east. In front of the villa is a swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a terrace featuring palm trees, laurel, grapevines, and flowers. From the pool, there is direct access to the sea, just 20 m away, with an almost private beach and a pier for mooring boats. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms, a large living room with a kitchen that opens onto a covered veranda for summer relaxation and meals, as well as another large terrace for sunbathing and stairs leading to the pool. On the ground floor is a bedroom with three beds, a bathroom, and a large room with a fireplace, housing a billiard table, and a sofa that can be pulled out into a bed. Everything is air-conditioned and fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, TV, wireless internet, and all kitchen appliances). 2 parking spaces are provided.
