About this stay
A fully equipped and modernly furnished holiday villa in the very center of town, offering a beautiful view of Bol harbor and the sea, located just 50 meters from the sea and 100 meters from all major amenities, including supermarkets, a post office, a pharmacy, a clinic, restaurants... The villa features 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests, located on the first and second floors, as well as a spacious living area with a balcony for relaxing and enjoying the stunning harbor view. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and dining area, a toilet, a terrace with a grill, and a heated indoor pool measuring 6x2,80m. Thanks to the large sliding glass wall that connects the pool to the terrace, the boundary between the indoor and outdoor spaces almost disappears, creating a pleasant semi-open environment for swimming throughout most of the year. The ground floor also houses an enclosed garage that is 215 cm high and 950 cm long, where 2 medium-sized cars can be parked!
