The detached house “Villa Matino” on 2 floors is located 400 m from the center of Ražanac, in a quiet and sunny location, 440 m from the sea and beach. On a fenced plot of 500 m², guests have access to a private pool (8 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal 15.5.–15.10.), outdoor shower and grill. Pool maintenance is provided by the owner. The house offers free internet, a washing machine, 4 air conditioners and parking for 3 cars. The owner does not accept younger groups. The house is 250 m² and consists of 2 apartments that are rented together – ideal for groups wanting privacy and shared space. The smaller apartment has 2 bedrooms (180x200 cm), a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and 3 terraces (2 with sea view). The larger apartment has 3 bedrooms (2x 180x200 cm, 1x 140x200 cm), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a storage room.

Payment and notes
Upon arrival, guests leave a deposit in the amount of 300€ in case of damage. If everything is fine upon check-out and nothing is damaged, that deposit is returned to them.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is required at least 30 days before the arrival date. Upon confirmation of reservation, a 10% deposit must be paid to the host's account.
