Welcome to our beautiful Villa Lucija, located in a peaceful part of Imotski, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The villa offers a private pool measuring 5 x 10 m with a depth of 150 cm, as well as a jacuzzi right next to the pool. Adjacent to the pool are comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a shaded area with a TV for pleasant socializing and relaxation. The villa also features a garden with grassy areas, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, playing with children, or simply relaxing in the Mediterranean sun. There is an outdoor barbecue with a special shaded area for shade and relaxation, located right next to a small summer kitchen with a toilet. Just 5 minutes' walk away is a restaurant, while a shop is accessible after a short 15-minute stroll. The center of Imotski, known for its cozy cafes and restaurants, as well as the Blue and Red Lakes, is only 2 kilometers away and easily reachable by car or bicycle. Payment and notes
When making a reservation, you need to pay 20% of the total amount as a deposit. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the villa. The ideal arrival time is from 16:00 h, and the departure time is 10:00h. It is possible to negotiate the arrival and departure times depending on the villa's availability.
Cancellation policy
Reservations can be canceled no later than 30 days prior to arrival; otherwise, the deposit will be retained.
