This beautiful villa is located in the very peaceful place of Rebići, Barban, only 2,5 km from the sea, surrounded by natural beauty and greenery, serving as a place for a carefree and perfect holiday, far from city crowds, noise, and traffic. On clearer days, a view of the sea is possible from the balcony on the first floor of the house. Each room also has its own terrace for moments of privacy and peace when needed. The villa is decorated very modernly, providing you with the atmosphere and warmth of home; it was built in 2023. in a very modern style and also includes an outdoor structure with an outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, and two grills, one gas and one wood-fired. The surroundings are specially designed in a combination of a modern beach around an infinity pool measuring 10 x 3,8 meters and a beautiful lawn adorned with old olive trees and various other plants, creating an oasis for relaxation. In the courtyard, there are sun loungers, parasols, and additional amenities such as table tennis and foosball.

Payment is made 30% of the price in advance, the guest is obliged to pay the deposit within 3 days after signing the contract and the remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the property
Cancellation policy
Refund of the deposit is made in 100% amount up to 30 days before the reservation, and in case of cancellation 30 days and later from the reservation, no refund of the deposit will be made
