Villa Dvornik provides complete privacy in a pleasant accommodation for families with children, student groups, and multi-generational family gatherings. It has a sea view and is only 300 meters away from the sea and beach. Living area of 110m2 + 25m2 terrace, large yard of 280 m2 covered with stone slabs, with 4 rooms (8 beds) and two pools. A large pool with 4 massage jets, 24 m2 in area and 1. 5 m depth for adults, and a smaller pool intended for small children, size 3. 5 m2 and depth 0. 5 m. Both pools are heated using 10 m2 of solar collectors which allow for a pool temperature of 21 °C in May and November. An outdoor shower and grill are located in the area surrounding the house. The house is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi access. Three parking spaces are provided within the property surrounding the house. Pets are welcome.

Payment and notes
- During longer stays, linen change is performed every 7 days, and towels as needed and more frequently. - Daily rental, tourist tax, linen, towels, equipped kitchen with necessary utensils and cutlery, water, electricity and gas consumption, air conditioning, wireless internet and parking space are included in the price of the arrangement. - The deposit is 30% of the total price of the arrangement. Payment of the deposit is made by transferring money to a bank account. The remainder up to the full price of the agreed arrangement is paid upon arrival.
