A pleasant and fully modernly equipped villa with a pool in Mandre, Pag island, 70km from Zadar. It is 120m away from the town center. In front of the villa is a beautiful long pebble beach, along which a promenade extends. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. From all terraces of the villa, an irresistible view of the crystal-clear sea and islands can be enjoyed. The courtyard features an indoor heated pool with a counter-current system and massage, an outdoor shower and sunbathing area with a sea view, and a space to relax in the shade of pine trees. The villa has three floors (ground floor, first floor, and attic) and can accommodate 12 people. Each floor has one residential unit with its own entrance, SAT/TV, and cooling. Each unit has a kitchen, dining area, living room, and a terrace with a sea view. The ground floor unit has two bedrooms (4 people), a bathroom, and a WC. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a WC, and another bedroom with its own bathroom (6 people). In the attic, there is one bedroom (2 people) and a bathroom

Payment and notes
Upon reservation, a deposit of 25 to 30% of the total amount is paid via bank, and the remainder is paid on the day of arrival in cash. Check-in time is from 16:00. Check-out time is until 10:00. The stay fee is included in the price. Reservations in the season are from Saturday to Saturday (longer stays of 12 days by agreement). Upon arrival at the villa, a security deposit of 700euro is paid, which is returned on the day of departure from the villa if there was no damage to the accommodation. The villa is rented as a single unit with the property. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the object is not allowed. Groups of young people are not allowed.
