Villa Degenija is located in the small and peaceful village of Jablanac, which is part of the Velebit Nature Park. The villa consists of 4 separate units/apartments. On the ground floor: Apartments 1 and 2. On the upper floor: Apartments 5 and 6. The ground floor includes: Apartment 1 (with one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa, and terrace) Apartment 2 (with two bedrooms, bathroom, and terrace) 3 terraces in the shade of pine trees Gym (with bathroom) Vinoteka / Wine bar (with kitchenette and toilet) Pool with sunbathing area and loungers Large covered BBQ area (Grill zone) The upper floor includes: Apartment no. 6 (with two bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony) Apartment no. 5 (with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony) A large covered terrace with a BBQ area

Payment and notes
First payment: 30%, payable at the time of booking to the bank account. Second payment: 70%, payable 30 days before arrival to the bank account. Check-in: after 15:00 h. Check-out: by 10:00 h. The base price includes accommodation for up to 8 people. For each additional guest (from person 9 to person 16), an extra charge of 30 € per person per night applies. Cleaning fee: 380 € per stay. Damage deposit: 600 € per stay.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms: 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival. No refund within 60 days of arrival. In case of no-show, there is no refund.
