Payment and notes
When making a reservation, guests pay 40% of the total reservation amount, and the remaining balance should be paid 30 days before arrival, except for last-minute offers. Upon arrival at the property (or via invoice), guests leave a deposit of 700 euros, which is activated in case of damage caused by the guests' carelessness or negligence. The ideal arrival time is from 16 to 20, but when the house is ready, guests may have an earlier check-in, and a check-in between 0 and 24 can also be arranged if needed. Online check-in and entry to the property via a password are also possible.
Cancellation policy
If a guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the property owner may retain: – 40% of the total reservation price if cancellation occurs 48 hours after the deposit payment, up to 60 days before the check-in date. – 50% of the total reservation price if cancellation occurs between 60 and 30 days before the check-in date. – 100% of the total reservation price if cancellation occurs between 30 and 0 days before the check-in date. The guest may cancel free of charge within 48 hours after the deposit payment (the owner will refund the full deposit amount).
