There are 3 types of villas you can choose from. All villas have the same interior, you just need to choose Villa Type 1, Type 2 or Type 3! The villa can host up to 8 plus 2 guests. The Villa contains 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Relax in a comfortable living room and prepare delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. You can relax by your private pool, lie on sun loungers and enjoy the beauty of the sun. You can also prepare charcoal grill specialties for your friends and family. If you want to go to the beach, just bring a towel and in a few minutes' walk you are at the beach, and incredible restaurants are also within walking distance. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and provides everything for a pleasant holiday.

Payment and notes
Upon reservation, 30% of the total accommodation amount is charged via bank transfer, and the remainder is paid upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer. We do not accept cards. Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay 300 EUR as a security deposit in cash - this money is returned to you upon departure from the accommodation if there are no damages. Check-in is possible from 16. 00 hours, and check-out is at the latest until 10:00. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Come to the address and inform us of your arrival time. Someone will come and show you the house. NOTE: In the summer period 27. 05. 2023. - 09. 09. 2023. you can reserve and stay only from Saturday to Saturday! This means that your check-in is on Saturday, and check-out is on Saturday, which means you can stay for only 7, 14 or 21 days.
