The property is a two-story building consisting of one triple room and three double rooms, two toilets, two living rooms and two kitchens, two balconies, as well as a special BBQ house and a canopy in front. From the property, there is a beautiful view of Velebit and the Ravne Kotare region, and just a 4-minute walk away is a position (approx. 100m) from which a panoramic view of Sukošan, the islands of the Zadar archipelago, and a wonderful sunset can be seen. The house features unlimited and free wireless internet, free parking spaces, and organically grown vegetables available to guests. Upon request, there is the possibility of preparing traditional Dalmatian specialties.
