It includes a kitchen with all appliances, an oven, a stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer, one bathroom, and an outdoor shower. There is a jacuzzi in the yard, and parking is provided. The sea is 350m away, as is the center; all amenities are in the immediate vicinity, so you can visit everything without a car. Neighbors are nearby, and guests are expected to respect house rules. The host does not live in the same house; the host takes care of the water quality in the jacuzzi.

Payment and notes: You guarantee and confirm your arrival by paying the required deposit, which amounts to 20% of the total accommodation price. All payment details for the deposit will be sent via the offer to the guest's email address. After receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered confirmed, and a voucher – booking confirmation – is sent to the guest's email address. The remaining amount is paid by the guest upon arrival at the apartment in cash or by transfer to the same account used for the deposit. Check-in is from 15:00 onwards. Check-out is by 10:00. The tourist tax is included in the price.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of death.
