About this stay
Vila Roso is located in Kaštel Lukšić, near a beautiful sandy beach with shade. The villa has 3 apartments, all fully equipped, air-conditioned, and each includes a parking space. In the courtyard, guests can enjoy the pool, sunbathe, socialize in the large shaded area, or have a barbecue. The courtyard is fenced, and the area is peaceful. All amenities are within walking distance. It is also possible to rent a bicycle on the promenade or book a private boat for a day trip to the islands. My husband and I are available to our guests throughout their entire stay. We wish our guests a warm welcome and aim to ensure they feel comfortable and take away beautiful memories from their summer vacation!

Payment and notes
Upon booking, the guest pays the total booking amount to the landlord's bank account: 30%. After payment, the guest will receive a booking confirmation via email. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival to the account, or in cash on the day of arrival. Check-in: 14.00h Check-out: 10.00h
Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the reservation 30 days before the start of the reservation. On the day of cancellation, the paid deposit will be refunded to the guest.
