About this stay
On the island of Rab, in Banjol, there is a small peninsula named Petrac, where our villa is located. Villa Petrac is a newly built villa with a family atmosphere. The villa has 13 luxuriously equipped apartments. All apartments have a beautiful sea view, 50 parking spaces with a terrace facing the sea accompanied by the sound of waves, and natural shade from palms and pines. From the terrace of Villa "Petrac", an enchanting view is offered of the lighthouses of the islands Dolina (Island of Tears), Školja (Island of Happiness), Frkanje (Island of Love) and Galofarin (Separation of the Reef), the silhouette of the walls of the millennium-old Municipium Arba with its four bell towers of Miramare on the other side, and the Barbato Channel from which boats and yachts enter the Rab port. A promenade with coves and beaches that leads all the way to the town of Rab is located next to the villa. All this is in the immediate vicinity of our visitors - a true challenge for tourist cameras. The staff of Villa Petrac wishes you a pleasant stay and much happiness.

- Deposit amount is 30% of the total amount. - In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged. - Cancellation of a reservation less than 8 weeks before your arrival - loss of deposit. - We will hold your reservation for 2 days. If we do not receive the deposit payment within that period, we will cancel your reservation. - The remaining amount must be paid at least 3 days before arrival.
