About this stay
Nikola House is located in a quiet part of the town next to a pine forest along the Sumartina promenade. It is 40m from a natural stone beach located south of the house and 80m from the most beautiful natural sandy beach (in the picture) on the eastern part of Brač. The house has a large 800m2 yard where you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy barbecuing. The yard is screened by greenery and provides complete privacy and the perfect place for a family holiday. It is rented as an entire house; you are alone in the house, there are no other guests.

Payment and notes
The tourist tax is included in the price. The reservation is considered confirmed on the day of payment of a 30% deposit of the total rental value. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 300 eur must be paid, which is returned to guests on the day of departure if the rented property is left in the same condition as it was found. Arrival time 3pm, departure time 9am.
