About this stay
The house is located in greenery above a pebble beach, on the slopes of Učka Nature Park. The enclosed yard features parking, a flower garden, a lawn, and a stone grill with a table for 12 people. On the southern and eastern parts of the house, there are two fully equipped and modernly decorated apartments, with terraces that are mostly covered and comfortable for staying throughout the day. Both apartments and both terraces have a sea view. Guests who rent both apartments have the entire yard at their disposal. Due to the proximity of the beach 60m and the spaciousness of the indoor and outdoor areas, the accommodation is ideal for families with children and pets. An exceptionally large private terrace of the upper floor apartment offers a beautiful sea view, a peaceful environment, crystal clear sea, opportunities for active holidays, forest trails, lungomare, mountain biking, and proximity to Opatija. The ground floor apartment has two separate bedrooms with 3 and 2 beds each + two bathrooms, living room + 2 additional beds. The upper floor apartment has two rooms with 2 and 3 beds.

Payment and notes
Reservations are exclusively via payment of a 20% deposit. The remaining amount is paid on the first day of arrival. Reservations in the full season are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is usually after 16h, departure by 10h. Maximum number of persons: 12+2 babies in a baby crib. Ground floor apartment 5 on basic beds and 2 on extra/auxiliary beds / Upper floor apartment 4 on basic beds and 1 on an extra/auxiliary bed.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is refunded in case of cancellation at most up to 30 days before the first day of the term
