About this stay

If you want to wake up to the sound of the sea and have your first morning activity be a walk to the beach, sipping your morning coffee in the comfortable armchairs on our terraces, then our apartments are ideal for you. 100m of the accommodation, you can choose between: sandy, pebbly, and concrete beaches. Our 7 apartments are located on the ground floor, 1 and 2 floors of a residential building intended exclusively for tourist purposes. 2023 years, all have been newly renovated. App1, App2, App3, App4, App6, with a size of 32-38 m2, are designed for a maximum of 2 people; App A5, with a size of 68 m2, is designed for a maximum of 4 people; App A7, at 90 m2, is designed for a maximum of 5 people. Each apartment has access to a courtyard with various seating areas and a barbecue. The house is located in a quiet area of Zadar (Puntamika), just 4km from the center, connected by a promenade in the immediate vicinity of the building. Free parking, unlimited Wi-Fi access, SAT/TV, and air conditioning units are available to all guests.
