About this stay
The fully equipped holiday house is located on a hillside surrounded by greenery and flowers, offering a beautiful view of Zagreb and its surroundings. It has a capacity of 8 people. It consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed with separate mattresses, as well as a sofa in the living area. There are two bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator that has a small freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, an oven… and a dining table. A large Finnish sauna. Electric darts. A large covered terrace with a table and garden furniture offering a wonderful view, the chirping of birds, and extending to a large barbecue area. Parking for two cars and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price. During the summer months, a jacuzzi and additional sunbathing furniture are also available. In the surrounding area, you can go hiking, walking, cycling, fishing, visit the place with the fastest car in the world, the Adrenaline Park, and enjoy the local cuisine.

Payment and notes
The rental period can be booked no later than 5 days before arrival, and for earlier bookings, cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. When booking the period, you pay a deposit of 30%, and 14 days before arrival, the remaining amount to our account, plus a deposit of 500 euros in cash upon arrival. If you book the period 5 days before arrival, you pay the full rental amount and deposit. As a rule, check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00, but an extension is possible depending on availability. The tourist tax is included in the rental price.
Cancellation policy
The deposit will be refunded if the rental period is canceled up to 14 days before arrival. If you booked the house between 5 and 14 days before the arrival date and did not arrive or canceled your arrival, we will only refund the deposit.
