The property is located in Zaton, 12 km northwest of Zadar, about a 15-minute walk from the famous Zaton Holiday Resort, 10 minutes to Pliša sandy beach, 10 minutes to the Zaton pier and approximately 10 minutes to the children's playground. The property is located in a quiet street with only one neighbor. On the ground floor, covering 130 m², there is an entrance hall, living room, kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, hallway, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The property has a covered terrace and approx. 30 m² private heated pool. Parking spaces are located in the enclosed courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, two refrigerators with ice makers, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. TV is available in each bedroom and in the living room. Play Station 5 (PS5) in the children's room, Wi-Fi. Air conditioning in every room. A double bed measuring 180x200 cm in one bedroom, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds measuring 120x200.

Payment and notes
The reservation requires a 20% deposit of the total accommodation price paid to the account, and the remainder is paid the day before arrival at the accommodation. A security deposit for damages amounts to 400 € and is paid in cash upon check-in. Ideal arrival time is after 16:00, departure at 10:00, but everything can be arranged depending on occupancy.
