About this stay
Fully equipped villa with a pool and garden near the beach. Since you are the only exclusive guests in the villa, all amenities within the villa are exclusively for you and can be used without limit. The rental unit has a separate entrance; on the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen with dining area, and a toilet, while the upper floor features two bedrooms with a bathroom. The master bedroom contains a 200x200 springbox bed, and the second bedroom has two separate beds as well as an extra bed for max. two people, along with access to a terrace with a view of the sea and Korčula. In the living room, there are 2 sofas that can be converted into beds (2x2) for sleeping. The apartment has three air conditioning units, located in each room: two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. The garden features several seating sets, sun loungers, umbrellas, BBQ, pool, and jacuzzi, as well as a playground for children. Payment and notes
To confirm your reservation, we require an advance payment of 25% of the total amount. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than one week before your arrival or upon arrival. Other: - Minimum rental period is 5 nights - Pets and animals are not allowed
Cancellation policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after reservation, subject to the above booking and payment conditions
