(3 x bedrooms) Common areas: outdoor pool, jacuzzi with a waterfall, PlayStation room, gym, children’s park, and plenty of shade for an afternoon siesta. Televisions, air conditioning units, dishwashers, and other appliances make you feel right at home. The village of Stanković is the perfect base for exploring the island, or you can relax with a walk through nature, enjoying views of the sea that carries the scent of Mediterranean vegetation. Payment and notes
The rental agreement will be concluded between the guest and the property owner for which the reservation was made. The rental agreement applies to the rental of the property solely for leisure purposes. The rental agreement does not come into effect until a written confirmation of the reservation is sent to the guest. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment, which is typically 30% of the reservation amount. Check-in: 17 hours. Check-out: 10 hours. Cancellation policy
Guests are required to pay a deposit of 30% for their accommodation reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. The advance payment must be made to the property owner's giro account, which will be specified on the advance payment invoice.
