About this stay
The house is located in a very attractive spot in a quiet neighborhood, above the Koralj and Dražice hotels, just 200 m from the beach with a pine forest and a ten-minute walk to the city center. We rent 3 apartments for 2 - 4 people and 4 rooms for 2 people. The rooms are located on the ground floor of the house. The rooms have cooling and heating, and their own bathroom. Guests can use the shared kitchen, terrace, and table if they wish. The kitchen is equipped with: a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, dishes, and cutlery.

Payment and notes
- Reservations can be made via e-mail. - To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid via bank transfer (IBAN). - After the deposit has been paid, a copy of the payment slip must be sent. - Once we receive your payment, the reservation will be considered valid. - The remaining amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival, after settling in and resting from your journey. - Immediately upon arrival, please leave your personal documents for registration. Check-in 15.0h and check-out until 10.0h. Note: For stays shorter than the planned number of nights, the price will be increased by 30%. Smoking is not permitted in the room. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax is not included in the price.
Cancellation policy
In the event of no-show or cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded and may be used at another time by arrangement. If the guest does not arrive within 24 hours, the room will be offered to another person.
