In a quiet part of the city center, on the edge of the pedestrian zone, there are 5 fully modern, newly renovated luxury rooms, each with its own bathroom (hairdryer, bathroom amenities – hotel-style) on the 1 floor of the building. The rooms are fully air-conditioned, equipped with a smart TV, mini-bar, safe, USB port, LAN connection, and super-fast Wi-Fi, arranged and furnished to provide maximum comfort during your stay. (The rooms do not have kitchens). The beds measure 2,05 x 1,8 meters. Special attention is paid to hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms. The distance from the Riva is 400 meters, and from Diocletian's Palace and St. Domnius Cathedral it is 350 meters. The Riva is the main promenade and relaxation spot in Split, featuring numerous cafés, café rooms, pubs, taverns, clubs, restaurants, as well as many cultural events, and it is entirely a pedestrian zone. The distance to the famous main city beach "Bačvice" is 1000 meters. "Luxury rooms MARIOTY” are in immediate proximity to all essential amenities, located on a quiet and peaceful street without crowds or noise, on the edge of the pedestrian zone.

Payment and notes
To make a reservation, pay a deposit of 30% of the full amount to the bank account, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. The reservation is valid only after the deposit has been visibly paid. Reservation requests are accepted via email. For any other information, please contact me. The ideal check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00, though arrangements can also be made by agreement. On weekends, from 01.10. to 31.05, the price is €150/night. Pets are not allowed. Parties and celebrations are prohibited. The price for stays of less than 3 nights is increased by 50%. Final cleaning costs €40. A deposit of €200 is required upon arrival in case of damage to the inventory; this deposit will be returned upon departure after inspection if no damage is found.
Cancellation policy
For cancellation of a accommodation reservation up to 15 days prior to arrival, a refund of 50% will be issued, excluding the first night and bank charges, or a new accommodation date can be arranged depending on availability/reservations of the accommodation units.
