The house is in a quiet bay, first line to the sea. Nearby are a shop, bakery, pizzeria, restaurant, cafes, currency exchange, water park. It is surrounded by a garden with grapevines, kiwi, olive, and lemon trees, flowers, and herbs available to guests. In the garden, there is a terrace with a pergola, 70 m2, a grill, and an outdoor shower. On the same floor, there are 3 rooms (double, studio apt, and triple) with their own bathrooms, air conditioning, terraces, mini-fridges, TV, and safes. In the courtyard of the house, there is a kitchen fully equipped with two large refrigerators, a freezer, a stove, a microwave, 2 kettles, a toaster, a filter coffee machine, and other necessary utensils. In front of the house is open parking, and we also have our own parking space in the shade, which is lockable and covered. Pets are allowed. Internet is available to guests. The house can be rented either as 3 individual units (rooms with use of the kitchen) or as one three-bedroom apartment for a maximum of 7 persons.

Upon reservation agreement, payment is made to the host's bank account, with a deposit in the amount of 20% of the total rental price for accommodation. The remainder is paid by guests upon arrival. Ideal guest arrival time is 14, 00 hours and departure is 9, 00 hours.
