This modern apartment is a true gem. Located in a peaceful setting, it is ideal for business stays or relaxing holidays. It consists of 2 exceptionally spacious bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Pets are not allowed – their fur loves us too much, and we can’t seem to get rid of it! Both rooms feature king-size beds, fast WIFI, a TV, a desk, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. Room 1 has a private balcony for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and unlimited tea and coffee. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine (for stays of 4+ nights). Flexible rental options for every budget: you can rent one room (sharing common areas with other guests) or the entire apartment for yourself. The perfect blend of comfort and practicality! A large city parking lot is located right in front of and behind the building. The price is 0,82€/1h or 8€/24h. With a bit of skill, it is also possible to park for free.
