On the ground floor is a studio apartment consisting of a kitchen, bathroom, and a room with a double bed; there is also an auxiliary bed in the living area. On the first floor is a large apartment comprising a kitchen, living room, balcony with a garden set ideal for morning coffee, two rooms with double beds, and one room with two separate beds that can be joined if needed. This apartment has two bathrooms, one of which is en suite with the room, and one toilet. On the second floor of the property is a large terrace overlooking the entire town, featuring a hydromassage tub for 5 people, sun loungers, a barbecue, a summer kitchen, and a table and chairs. Additionally, outside there is a smaller covered structure with a barbecue, a table, and benches.

Payment and notes
The price shown is per night for the entire property. Please pay a deposit of 30% to the bank account in advance when making your reservation, and the remaining balance of the total price upon arrival at the apartment. For the periods of May, June, September, and October, the minimum number of nights is 5 nights. For the periods of July and August, the minimum number of nights is 7 nights. For 14 nights or more, there is a discount of 10% on the listed price. Check-in time is from 15:00 hours, and check-out is until 10:00 hours. All inquiries should be sent in writing (by submitting an inquiry via the web form, by email, or via messages through the WhatsApp or Viber application).
Cancellation policy
Guests are required to pay a deposit of 30% for their accommodation reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit must be paid into the property owner's giro account, which will be specified on the deposit invoice. Only individuals who have registered for their stay may reside in the property, and bringing additional guests for private gatherings is not permitted.
