About this stay
We are located in the small town of Kaštelir, 10 km from Poreč. The house consists of two separate apartments, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor; the house is rented as a whole. Each apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each apartment has 3 air conditioning units: one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Outside, there is a children's playground with swings, a trampoline, and a table tennis table. The yard is fully fenced, so you can bring a dog; for dogs, we charge a fee of 12 euros per day. Outdoors, we also have an 8*4m pool, sun loungers, parasols, and a summer kitchen with a grill. In front of the apartments, we have 6 parking spaces, 2 of which are covered. Due to other obligations, in July and August, bookings can only be made from Sunday to Sunday, while in other months, the minimum stay is 5 days and arrival time can be any day of the week. The house is ideal for 8 people, but it can accommodate up to 10 people; for an additional person, we charge a fee of 25€ per day.

Payment and notes
Unfortunately, due to other obligations in July and August, guest changes take place on Sundays, while in other months the minimum stay is 5 days on any day of the week. To confirm a reservation, you should pay a deposit of 30% to the account we will send you once you decide; the remainder is due on the first day of arrival. We also require a security deposit for damages of 400 Euros, which you pay upon arrival and which is fully refunded on the last day after inspection if there is no damage. Dogs are welcome, but we charge a fee of 12 Euros per day. Arrival at the apartment is after 16h, and departure is by 10h.
