This terraced house in the Volme settlement near Banjole provides guests with a pleasant and beautiful stay. It is equipped with high-quality furniture and every room has air conditioning, providing a comfortable stay during warm summer days (3 air conditioners). The house has two bedrooms for 2 people each, two toilets, and a kitchen with a living room which features a corner sofa bed that is very comfortable for 1 person. In one of the bedrooms, there is also a foldable baby cot. The house includes a courtyard with a BBQ used only by guests, and within the property, there is a beautiful pool that is also used by nearby facilities, mostly weekenders. The sea is just 300m away, and RT Kamenjak with the most beautiful beaches in Istria is only 3000m away. There are many cycling paths in the settlement, so Prematura can also be reached by bike. For pets, there is an additional charge of 30e for the entire duration of the stay. For cleaning, the price is a one-time fee of 40e.
