Welcome to our holiday home, nestled in the heart of an ancient olive grove, where the scent of salt mingles with that of Mediterranean herbs. Here, relaxation isn’t planned—it simply happens. Our cottage is designed for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life without sacrificing comfort. Surrounded by around a hundred olive trees that provide natural shade and complete privacy, the house offers: Spacious terrace: Ideal for long outdoor breakfasts or a glass of wine at sunset. A home with soul. Two bedrooms, a modernly equipped kitchen, and a living area that opens onto the garden through glass walls. Fireplace: The perfect spot for preparing fresh fish with our homemade olive oil. Location – the best of both worlds: While you’ll feel like you’re on your own island in the olive grove, the sea is just a stone’s throw away. Beach: Only 5 minutes’ easy walk to a sandy beach.

Payment and notes
To confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 25% of the total price. Minimum number of nights: 4, Check-in: Any day. Check-out by 10 hours. Check-in from 15 hours or by arrangement. The tourist tax is included in the price.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy In the event of a reservation cancellation, the following cancellation terms and deadlines apply: - For cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the stay, 10% of the total reservation price will be charged. - For cancellations made between 60 – 31 days before the start of the stay, 20% of the total reservation price will be charged. - For cancellations made between 30 - 7 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the total reservation price will be charged. - For cancellations made between 7 – 0 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
