A spacious and fully equipped apartment is for rent in the very center of Zaton, in an excellent location just 400 meters from the main beach, which offers a combination of pebbled and sandy areas – perfect for all ages. The apartment spans two floors and provides comfortable accommodation for a larger group of guests. It consists of four bedrooms – three rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Guests have access to two bathrooms with shower cabins, one of which also includes a washing machine for added convenience during their stay. On the top floor, there is a large balcony, perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or evening socializing. The house also has a spacious garden with a secure barbecue area – ideal for enjoying the outdoors. A parking space for two cars is provided.

Payment and notes
Check-in is possible from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is until 09:00 on the day of departure. We kindly ask guests to adhere to the specified times to ensure sufficient time for preparing the apartment for the next guests. Thank you for your understanding! House rules and additional notes: - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (allowed on the balcony and in outdoor areas). - Guests are requested to respect the quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. - Pets are not allowed (or by arrangement – adjust as needed). - Parking is provided for two vehicles – no additional reservation is required. In case of any issues or questions, the host is available throughout your entire stay.
Cancellation policy
The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit for 2 nights. In case of cancellation: - up to 60 days before arrival – full refund of the paid amount. - up to 50 days before arrival – refund of 50% of the paid amount. - less than 50 days before arrival – no refund of the paid deposit.
