Payment and notes

Payment is made to the company account based on the offer we send to your e-mail with all details. Deposit/Down payment 30% of the total amount. Deadline for paying the deposit is 3 working days. The remaining amount is paid 15 days before arrival. Arrival time is from 14:00 or by arrangement, and departure is until 10:00. Tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person/day is not included in the price. It is paid at the campsite. The following do not pay tourist tax: - children up to twelve years of age - persons with a physical disability of 70% or higher and one companion, upon presentation of proof of disability. Children from 12 to 18 years of age pay a reduced tourist tax by 50%. Note: Animals are not allowed in the campsite.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION TERMS: Up to 30 days before departure, 30% retention. Up to 20 days before departure, 70% retention. Up to 10 days before departure, 90% retention. Up to 5 days before departure, 100% retention.
