The 2. floor features the main bedrooms and living areas, while the 3. floor offers an additional living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and direct access to the rooftop terrace and pool. There are no other guests on the property. Payment and notes
PAYMENT, RESERVATION AND ARRIVAL Reservation is confirmed with a payment of a 20% deposit of the total price. The remaining 80% is paid upon arrival at the property. Arrival: from 17:00 hours Departure: until 10:00 hours The exact time of arrival must be announced in advance so that we can organize the simplest and most pleasant reception of guests. Early arrival or late departure is possible by arrangement and subject to availability. After confirmation of the reservation, the guest receives all necessary information regarding arrival, accommodation, and key collection.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival, with a refund of the paid 20% deposit. For cancellations within 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of no-show or early departure, the paid amount will not be refunded.
