The house is located in Kupčina Žumberačka (1 hours' drive from Zagreb) within the Žumberak Nature Park. It is rented out as part of a family-run agricultural holding (OPG) and also offers local specialties (upon request). The house has facilities for both children and adults; we particularly highlight the outdoor wellness area, including bathing in a hot spring and relaxing in a sauna with the sound of a babbling stream and the sight of a real fire. The courtyard also features a pergola with seating, a large stone roasting oven, children's facilities, and a swimming pool during the summer. The house has a capacity of 7 people (+ possibility of extra beds upon request). The house also includes a garden, free private parking, a covered courtyard area with seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with the option of extra beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with showers, 1000m2 of outdoor space, etc.
