The entire house is being rented out, an exceptional location - 5m from the sea (first row to the sea), Milna bay (Vis island), ideal for a family. Available: 20.-31.08.; 15.-21.09., and from 2.10. onwards. The house is detached, with an indoor area of 50m2, surrounded by a terrace of 60m2, and a garden (150m2) with greenery that ensures your privacy and a pleasant holiday. Right next to the house, at 5 meters from the terrace, you can swim, snorkel, or jump into the sea. When you return from the sea, there is an outdoor shower available. On the terrace, there are two sun loungers, a stone grill, and a concrete table for sitting and dining with a view of the blue sea that you can enjoy all day. Part of the terrace above the table and stone grill is covered, providing shade/protection all day. The house is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi unlimited internet, LCD TV, stove with gas and electric burners, a large refrigerator (2 250 liters) with a freezer, and everything else needed for cooking/grilling and serving. Private parking is 250m from the house: along the coast, a concrete pedestrian path (2-3m wide) leads to the house.

Payment and notes
To reserve a date, after agreement, it is necessary to pay a deposit of approx. 33% of the total price, and the remainder is paid on the day of arrival at the house. Arrival at the house is from 13.55 h on the day of arrival, and departure is until 9,30 h on the day of departure. Final cleaning of the house is charged at 99 Euro (one-time). The price of the house is for a family (two adults and children up to 15 years), and for other combinations, the price is by agreement! Available dates: from 20.-31.08.; 15.-21.09., and from 2.10. .... onwards. Cleaning, in case we agree on a dog stay, is charged additionally! The owner of the house welcomes and sees off guests, and is at your service if needed (24/7). For transporting items from the parking to the house, we use a trolley. The tourist tax is included in the price.
