The property is located 70 m as the crow flies from the sea, and offers a perfect holiday for 8 persons who can be accommodated in 3 bedrooms equipped with spring box beds and one additional sofa bed for two persons. All rooms and areas in the house are air-conditioned with separate air conditioning units. The house provides comfortable accommodation in a large living room which is connected to the kitchen and a spacious outdoor terrace with a sea view. A sea view is also provided from the superior room with a balcony. The remaining two rooms have an intimate view of the outdoor garden on the north side of the property. An outdoor grill is located at the back part of the terrace. Free parking for 4 cars is available in front of the house, providing comfortable access for guests with luggage. The house is a few minutes' walk from two beautiful natural pebble beaches. The distance to the town center and local shops is about 10 minutes on foot.
