The entire house is rented exclusively for guests' use, ensuring guaranteed privacy and tranquility. From its balcony, located in the heart of a traditional Dalmatian town, there is a view of Bibinje's old town center (Sri sela Square). The house is fully equipped and situated in the old historical part of Bibinje. The entire house (140m2 - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilets, a living room, kitchen and dining area, 2 balcony) and the courtyard (30m2) are rented out in their entirety (no owners or other guests present). The courtyard is enclosed by a stone wall, ensuring complete privacy for guests. The courtyard can be locked, and it is possible to leave bicycles, stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), and other items there. Ideal for families with children, the sea and beaches facing the Zadar islands are in the immediate vicinity (60 m), as are cafes, a pharmacy, shops, and restaurants. Bibinje is 6 km away from Zadar. With beautiful sunsets, the scent of salt, and the sound of the sea, come and enjoy our town!

Payment and notes
Payment of a deposit of 30% is made after a successful reservation as confirmation of arrival, with the remaining balance due in cash upon arrival. The tourist tax is included in the price. The price includes the use of the fully equipped house with bed linen and towels, water, electricity, fees, tourist check-in and check-out, and air conditioning. Check-in time is from 14:00 h. Check-out time is until 10:00 h, with the possibility of arrangement. ADDITIONAL COST: Public parking is located 20m from the house; a discounted ticket costs an additional 50 EUR per car per stay at the public parking lot. Final cleaning amounts to EUR 140 and is charged upon arrival.
