Villa NiMa, a newly renovated holiday home in the old part of Brela, offers its guests a peaceful getaway away from crowds and noise. It consists of a two-storey apartment and a room located on the ground floor, with a total area of 120m2. The first floor features a kitchen, a dining area with a table, a living room, a bathroom, and a storage room with a washing machine. Internal stairs lead to the attic, which houses 2 bedrooms (double bed) with bathrooms. The modern kitchen includes a stove with 4 heating elements, a hob, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking and dining utensils. The living room is equipped with an LED SAT-TV and a three-seater sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed (160x200). The apartment is fully air-conditioned with 3 air conditioning units: one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen, dining area, and living room space. The apartment opens onto a spacious 56m2 terrace, which is partially facing south and the sea, and partially towards Mount Biokovo.
