Outside there is a barbecue with an additional table and chairs. The courtyard has parking for 2 vehicles. A children's playground is nearby.

Payment and notes
A deposit is mandatory to confirm the reservation in the amount of 100 eur, and the remaining amount is paid in cash immediately upon arrival. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. For stays shorter than 4 days, the price is 30% higher. Arrival is after 15 hours, and departure is until 10 hours, unless otherwise agreed. The accommodation price includes unlimited use of internet, air conditioning, and final cleaning of the house.
