About this stay
Two charming separate holiday homes on the same plot. Private entrances and parking spaces. The houses are separated by a fence. Leni (45m2, 1 bedroom, 3 persons). Elena 100m2, 2 bedrooms 4 persons. Both with covered terraces and a courtyard of 500 m2, private entrance and parking space. Free bicycles are also available. The courtyard is fully fenced and pets are welcome and free of charge. Internet, air conditioning and ceiling fan are provided, and parking is within the gated courtyard. Guests have access to a grill, sun loungers, and board games. A forest is located right behind the holiday homes, and the street is a dead-end with no traffic. Nearby are the same plots with houses/holiday homes (permanent or seasonal residents). A shop is 800 m away and can be reached by bicycle (the street is not very busy), the beach can be reached by bicycle or car. The beach is very long with plenty of shade and children's playgrounds (Puntižela, Valbandon, Bi Village Beaches). There is sufficient parking for cars.

Payment and notes
An amount of 30% of the total reservation is paid at the time of booking. The remaining payment is made 15 days before arrival. Guest check-in time is from 12:00 - 20:00 h, but also by arrangement. Departure is until 10:00 h, but also by arrangement. Due to Covid 19, contactless guest arrival is possible (i.e., everything can be arranged by phone and keys left) so that the host and guest are not in physical contact. The cottage is fenced and offers privacy.
