Payment and notes
The rental agreement will be concluded between the guest and the owner of the property for which the reservation was made. The rental agreement refers to the rental of the property for holiday purposes only. The rental agreement does not enter into force until a written confirmation of the reservation is sent to the guest. Cancellation policy
Guests are required to pay a 30% deposit for the accommodation reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. The advance payment is paid to the owner's bank account, which will be stated on the proforma invoice.
