About this stay
The Tea holiday home is located on the island of Žuta in Sarušćica bay. Literally an entrance to the Kornati National Park. A fully equipped house for rural tourism; if you love peace and quiet, this is the place for you. This place is an oasis of sea and greenery, far from the city noise. The bay is spacious, without restaurants and noise. If you crave restaurants, the nearest one is a 10 minute walk in the neighboring bay. The house consists of a kitchen, WC with shower and three bedrooms. In front of the house is a table with chairs overlooking the sea. Water comes from natural sources, rainwater. Not for drinking but can be used for washing and showering.

Payment and notes
To make a reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the price in advance to the account, and the remainder in cash upon arrival. We accept guests for at least 7 nights. We provide free parking in Murter. Murter is the departure port. It departs in the morning and guests should wait 2, 3 hours while the house cleaning takes place after the shift. Guests can use this time for swimming and walking. After that, we head back to Murter. The transfer is 300 euros for both ways. If guests have their own boat, they can dock it at the pier in front of the house.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is refundable if the accommodation is cancelled at least 2 months in advance.
