Sunrise Hill is categorized with 4* and offers comfortable accommodation for 8 people, primarily catering to families with children. It is ideal for a peaceful getaway or social gatherings, as well as for recreation and sports. Featuring a well-maintained garden with a large pool and shower, a covered and open terrace, a barbecue, a playhouse, and parking, the house also boasts a meticulously decorated interior dominated by wood and light, soothing tones. The house consists of a ground floor with a spacious living area with a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, a children's playroom with table football, a PS 4 gaming console, and board games, as well as a large terrace inviting relaxation and socializing. Payment and notes
Payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total amount is made to the transaction account, and the payment itself also serves as confirmation of the reservation. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival to the transaction account or in cash. Check-in is from 16.00 hours, and check-out is until 10.00 hours. We are always open to negotiation if we do not have new guests immediately before or after your stay. The tourist tax is included in the price.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: • In case of no-show (without prior cancellation) during the booked period, the property owner reserves the right to retain the paid deposit – 30% of the total booking amount. • For cancellations made 21 or more days before the agreed holiday period, guests are entitled to use the deposit for another available period of their choice. The booking period can be changed twice under this cancellation policy; thereafter, the guest loses the right to a refund of the deposit and the option to reuse it. • If an act of “force majeure” or a major malfunction occurs, or if the accommodation conditions are unsatisfactory for guests’ stay, the property owner may cancel the reservation, providing the guest with a detailed explanation and allowing them to choose any alternative available period with a corresponding discount of 10% on the total originally agreed booking amount.
