Sundial Stone House is a stone house that has been 2023. completely renovated and transformed into a holiday home. It consists of a ground floor, an upper floor, and a gallery. Combining traditional and modern elements, it offers excellent conditions for a relaxing holiday. It is located at the entrance to an authentic old Dalmatian courtyard in the heart of Ždrelac on the island of Pašman, just a few minutes away from sandy and pebbled beaches. The courtyard provides the pleasure of sitting in the ambiance of a stone courtyard surrounded by authentic Mediterranean plants and a view of a flower garden, which reaches its peak in the evening hours illuminated by numerous garden lamps. There is the possibility of using sun loungers and benches in the shade of mimosa, mulberry, and olive trees, as well as refreshing yourself with an outdoor shower. An additional surprise is a small stone cottage of 16m2 - the so-called "čađavica," which offers the possibility of preparing a barbecue or "peka" on a large hearth and using a bread oven. Prepared food can also be consumed there, as it has a table for 5 people.

Payment and notes
The house is available for rent any day of the week. Minimum stay of 4 days. The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit to the owner's giro account in the amount of 20% of the total stay price, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 10:00. The tourist tax is included in the price.
