The center of Maslinice, with its restaurants and shops, is 500 m from the houses. The houses can be reached via a road that is 300 m long. It features two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds), a living room with an extra bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace 25 m2 with natural shade. House Rusulica has a surface area of 35 m2.
