Booking and Payment Terms The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit amounting to 20 % of the total accommodation price to the giro account. In the event of cancellation of the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. Security Deposit Upon arrival, a security deposit of 100 € must be paid as a guarantee against any potential damage to the property or equipment. The deposit will be fully refunded upon departure after an inspection of the property, provided no damage has occurred. Arrival and Departure * Check-in: from 14:00 * Check-out: by 10:00 By arrangement and subject to property availability, it may be possible to arrange an earlier arrival or later departure. Cancellation policy
The deposit will be fully refunded in case of cancellation **no later than 14 days before the scheduled arrival**. For cancellations **within 14 days before arrival**, the deposit will not be refunded. The refund of the deposit, as well as payments, must be made exclusively via bank account.
